SHENANDOAH – Eight years ago today, the Shenandoah Valley was digging out from roughly two feet of snow.
Shenandoah Police and towing crews dealt with stranded vehicles throughout the day on March 15, the second day of snowfall. Many residents could be seen throughout the borough with shovels, trying to clear the snow, or with sleds, enjoying the slopes Shenandoah’s hills became
