Zoners to hear request to use Brandonville firehouse for equipment, tractor sales
BRANDONVILLE – East Union Township zoners will hear a request Wednesday night to allow the old Brandonville firehouse to be used to sell equipment and small tractors.
The zoning hearing is set for 6pm Wednesday at the East Union Township Municipal Building, 10 East Elm Street in Sheppton.
Mar-Mel Industrial, LLC filed the application for a special exception.
The company, owned by township roadmaster Daniel Danchision, husband of supervisor Wendy Danchision, has used the Brandonville firehouse at the base of the Shenandoah mountain for indoor storage and truck parking under a different special exception approval.
